The Pernox review was so convincing that I bought my first bottle today. I will try it with the Lubiderm Advanced Therapy lotion and see how it goes. Also, my sulfur soap is on its way. I wish that I could have learned about the different treatments years ago (all those summers without being able to wear tank tops!!!). But, it's never too late and again, I am grateful to you all. I just got engaged and I wonder - will I be able to wear a sleeveless gown by next year? Wish me luck!

Sometimes if my arms are really broken out...and I want to wear a sleeveless shirt, I cover my arms in foundation. I use Revlon with retina and it also seems to help with the break outs.

You should wear whatever you want - kp or not!!! I have kp on both arms and bad scarring on my left, but I wear tanks and spaghetti straps all summer - it gets hot in Vegas! Every person on this planet has some insecurity about their looks. Kp is not your fault, nothing to be ashamed of, and should not keep you from shining on your wedding day. Buy the dress that makes you feel like a princess and if you are really that concerned and your kp is still bothering you that day, consult a make up person. Good luck.
