I know I posted this before, but I just want to repeat it. Pernox cleanser has given me dramatic results in about a month. Before I was using 10% benzoyl peroxide at night, but I haven't used it in a month. I only scrub with Pernox twice a day the way it instructs you to use it on the label, and moisturize with Carmol 20 afterward. My KP has been gone for 2 months now. You can buy it online from many different places, it's only $18 a bottle (4oz.)and you don't need a prescription. I really want to share this info with everyone here & I hope it helps someone else the way it has helped me.

FYI: I got a little ahead of myself and put on KARALYT GEL 6% SA after washing with pernox today and now my skin is totally flaky and I can see the red spots coming up again. So, I think the Karalyt gel aggravated the condition for me so I am not going to use that product for now. I think I will just use the Pernox, Carm20 (like you said you're doing now) and the benPeroxide at night. I think the ben peroxide helps with the redness. Anyway, thank you so much for telling your story, I know it has reall helped me a lot and given me a lot of hope about this disease. Rue
