Ok so my regiment has been: Sulfur soap (with SA acid), Carmol 20, and Am Lactin. What i do i is shower with the sulfur soap with loofah sponge, then i get out, put on carmol 20, and go to sleep (i work 3rd shift, so i do this in the morning). I then wake up, shower with DIal antibacterial soap, and then get out and put on the am lactin. I have see na dramatic improvement and i think lots of it is the sulfur soap. I will be soon getting Keralyt (or whatever it is) lotion and using that with the carmol 20 and hope i can wipe this out. So far, my legs are 90% better, almost completely clear, and my arms are 65% better (still there a bit but gets better by the day, hope it clear up with the continuing regiment, and the kerylyt once i get it hopefully will give the extra boost. TO everyone who hasn't tried it, get the sulfur soap!!! For the cheap ass price it can't hurt anyone to try. I really think this is helping.
