Why is it, do you think, that scientist most often do not find a cure for most medical conditions?..maybe, because researchers prefer to create products that suppress our conditions rather than cure them? In order to make profit..ofcourse! KP is harmless, but consider many medical conditions there are which arent..
how often do they actually find CURES..they just find relief..

Got it in one. Unfortunately, society is driven by profit and pharmaceutical companies have a responsibility to their shareholders. I have been doing my own reasearch into the disease and I have hit a wall which can't be explained. Basically it is unknown how keratohyalin ("sticky" stuff that holds the outer layer skin cells together) contributes to the functional maturity of keratin. So in other words they don't really know how keratosis pilaris works.
