Has anyone tried Accutane for KP on their arms and did it work for them? How about pulsed laser therapy? I need to find a way to help with my scarring, I am going to look into Mederma as well.

A suggestion I have is that all of the products and treatments out there for KP could be put on a ratings board and everyone out there could give them a rating from 1-10...then instead of hunting through the posts we could begin to discover what is really working for everyone.

I'm curious about the Mederma. it seems to be the recommendation for scars on the dermatological front...

I think that's a really good idea, the ratings board that is. People can save time and it would not be so confusing to new people making posts or trying to look for answers to questions. If you try the Mederma please keep us posted. I am currently using Cleasil nad Lubriderm Advanced Therapy and I want to give it more time. Thanks
