Over the counter/Non-pres. Remedies???????? Help!!

Hey all,
I'm looking for any over the counter/non-prescription remedies that have worked or helped with KP. Insurance is always a huge factor in what you can/can't get, and many people don't have insurance that will cover expensive creams and such.
SO, any meds, creams, gels, scrubs, etc. that you can reccommend would be much appreciated!
Thanks!
p.s.-I'm particularly looking for strong creams and scrub sponges that have helped, that you use daily.

This has worked for me -- all I have left are red marks from previous KP. 1) Drink at least 64 oz of purified water daily, 2) take three to four TABLESPOONS of Barlean's Flax Oil daily (be sure to shake the bottle well), 3) BEFORE SHOWERING, use a dry loofah (sp?) in a circular motion on dry KP area, 4) In the shower use exfoliating gloves with sulfur soap, 5) After toweling off, apply Paula's Choice 2% BHA with a cotton ball to the KP area. Before going to bed, I sometimes apply Young Living oil called 'Gentle Baby' which is awesome for any skin condition. Sounds like a ton of work but this routine has nearly "cured" me of KP. Hope it helps you!

Hi. This isn't a cream, but I ordered the Glytone KP kit from dermstore.com. It has a glycolic acid body wash (with body puff included) and a glycolic acid lotion. I saw it recommended by some other people on this board. I haven't gotten it yet in the mail, but I will definitely post on here once I start using it. Good luck!
