I bought the Pernox at Walgreens. It was with the acne medications. I use clearasil 10% benzoyl peroxide at night after washing with the Pernox & liberally applying lubriderm for extra dry skin. The clearasil bleaches clothing & sheets, so you might want to use old sheets! Good luck & I hope your results will be as good as mine were!
