This regimen has worked for me!

Pernox cleanser (Westwood Squibb) is an OTC item that has salicylic acid and sulfur as the active ingredients, and it's gritty for exfoliation. I put in on my arms dry (don't wet your skin first) morning & night and scrub in circles for about a minute, then I let it sit on my skin for another minute or two before I rinse it off. I follow this with a heavy moisturizer like Lubriderm for extra dry skin. In the morning that's all I do, but at night after this routine I apply 10% benzoyl peroxide. This has cleared my arms completely, and they were really bad! Both the bumps and the redness are gone. It took about a month to go away, and I still can't believe it worked. Hope you all have the same luck!

You say that this worked for you. Where can I get this and what brand is the products that you use. I am latin women and I have had this but it is not as noticable as it is on my daughter because she is half white and very fair. She gets it really bad and I want to tone it down as much as possible. Please let me know what you use.

It's Pernox abradant cleanser by Westwood Squibb. I got it in Walgreens & I use it as in the original post. I would check if it's ok for kids before you try it. Good luck!
