This worked for me
This regimen has worked for me! Pernox cleanser (Westwood Squibb) is an OTC item that has salicylic acid and sulfur as the active ingredients, and it's gritty for exfoliation. I put in on my arms dry (don't wet your skin first) morning & night and scrub in circles for about a minute, then I let it sit on my skin for another minute or two before I rinse it off. I follow this with a heavy moisturizer like Lubriderm for extra dry skin. In the morning that's all I do, but at night after this routine I apply 10% benzoyl peroxide. This has cleared my arms completely, and they were really bad! Both the bumps and the redness are gone. It took about a month to go away, and I still can't believe it worked. Hope you all have the same luck! |

You say that this worked for you. Where can I get this and what brand is the products that you use. I am latin women and I have had this but it is not as noticable as it is on my daughter because she is half white and very fair. She gets it really bad and I want to tone it down as much as possible. Please let me know what you use. |

It's Pernox abradant cleanser by Westwood Squibb. I got it in Walgreens & I use it as in the original post. I would check if it's ok for kids before you try it. Good luck! |
