Can someone please tell me what SA/Carmol 20 is and where I can get it?

I put it on after I took a shower and let it sit on my skin for about 5 minutes then I lightly scrubbed with a slightly damp loffa sponge but I did not rinse it off. It took almost 4 weeks before I saw results but it was worth the wait. My skin actually got worse before it got better. My skin now looks about 80-90% better. It's not a cure but it did help me.
