yea, i went to my doctor last wed and he gave me a prescription for sal ac, which is a sal acid foam in 2% that u just apply....and the carmol 40 and he also wanted me to use lac hydrin or howeva u spell it. he said that they all break down the keratin or whateva and thought that it should help....i've also been using this prescribed bleaching cream for the pigmentation and scrubbing with the loofah! ive already seen results, my mom esp. said that it looks a lot better, i've already shed a lot of skin and some of the bumps are going away, something im doing must be good, i've also been taking hair nail and skin vitamins and evening primrose and cod liver oil. hopefully at this rate the bumbs will not even be noticeable and my 1st year of high skoo wont be ruined!!!!
