hi mark..i just wanted to post what i do when i get facial redness..this may not help you but it has helped me in the past..i use aloe vera gel the clear kind that you can buy at any store like kmart or walmart..i used this for the severe redness that i got when i used tazorac cream and it gave me a bad chemical like burn..i used this and the next day the redness was almost gone...and i use noxzema cream the original kind when the redness is mild..aloe vera gel is great for redness..take care..bye
