Red Cheeks (rubra faceii) what i've found

I've recently been keeping a chart of things that help my rubra faceii and things that don't. I've noticed that excessive touching or scratching to the face aggravates it for me and my face becomes extremely flush. Being in warm climates also doesn't help. The sun also irritates my face a lot as it becomes extremely red after sun exposure. Being in cool climates and drinking a lot of fluids especially water have seemed to make the condition better. I don't know about you guys but it seems that just washing my face with water irritates it a lot. What do you guys use to wash your face? I've also found that my face becomes extremely flush when laying down on a pillow or a blanket. Just something I've noticed. Hope some of this stuff helps. Reply with any tips that guys might have as well. Thanks

every single one of those sounds farmiliar! this might sound gross, but i don't wash my face!! (other than the little wetness it gets in the shower) I have found that all soaps and different washing methods leave it drier an more irritated than before.
