The products I've been using so far (don't help the KP disappear, only make my skin smoother):
1) Eucerin: PH5 body lotion
2) Eucerin: 5% urea crème
3) Eucerin: PH5 savon liquide (wash lotion)
4) Roc: Hydra+ effet reservoir
I use the wash lotion on my face every morning, I use milk soap on my legs every morning and evening, I use the body lotion on my legs every morning, I use the 5% urea crème on my face every evening, I use the Roc crème on my face every morning.
I noted down all the products mentioned in the replies you got of the 23 July, and will go to my pharmatist tomorrow to see what he's got to say about it. Now much, I think... Last time I went there he was like from the planet March...
Bye now!

Thanks for the info on the products you use. It sounds as if you might have got the bumps under control. I have to use "industrial strength" products for my KP which is extensive but nothing seems to really improve it, and I've been trying products for the last 20 years.
Have you tried using hydrocortisone cream for the red dots? There are quite a few posts that say they've got good results. I agree with your last comment about pharmacists - and dermatologists are the same. Good luck with any new treatment.
