I have not used the SA/Carmol 20 mixture, so I cannot tell you if it will work for the facial redness. I can tell you that I had the same facial redness with some bumps from when I was 11 through 15 years old. My sister used to tease me a lot, and it was hard to look different - especially during that time in your life. However, it did not ruin my life, and over time it went away on its own. I know there are no miracle cures because we tried a lot of "remedies." Just remind her that she is beautiful the way she is, and help to build her self-esteem. It is very likely that the redness will go away on its own. I'm sorry I have no other advice which will make her feel better right now. As she gets a little older, there are certain foundations she might try to cover the red areas. Good luck...
