It's hard to look at my arms every day and be happy with them when I am a teenage girl living in a beauty driven society. A few years ago, I went to the "best" and most expensive dermatologist in my town, and she told me that Eucerin lotion would help. It didn't. She also told me it would go away. It's not. I have tried tons of things, and the only lotion that has ever seemed to help in the least bit is Lubriderm. I used to have a little bit of KP on my cheeks, but every night I put some Lubriderm on it before I go to bed, and some on them again after I take a shower in the morning. But my arms still look bad. It's really bad not being able to wear a tank top in suummer. I went to an herbologist recently and she told me to take BlueFlax Seed pills and rub lavender oil on my arms. It has only been two days, so I don't know if it works. But thanks everyone for posting all these helpful remedies. I really want to control this so I can feel better about myself. If I am not able to, I guess that's life. But it is nice to know that so many other people are feeling exactly what I am feeling. Thanks so much!
