A life time with KP

I have KP since I was seven years old.In Colombia my country of origin, Dermatologist always said, it not malign, it is not contageous, and does not have a cure. Since then, every four or five years, I make an appointment for the dermatologist to find if there is something new but,I always got the same answer. More or less the same treatments, but so far nothing works, except the sun, so I do look forward for summer. Embarrased..?? No way! and to be honest, I have it on my back (were it started) legs and arms; About five months ago I noticed that started to get on my belly and my chest, and part of my neck. Stress realted, YES!!! Weight relates, YES!!
Now in my early fourties, I live with some extra weight, and a lot of stress. A month ago I went back to the Dr. and the medication she gave me, produce a HORRIBLE allergic reaction. (Tazorac)
So, I went back to the home remedies I used when I was seven and I thought the word was coming to an end when I got diagnosed with KP.
Every night I apply a solution made of Glicerin, sugar and lemon juice, and I'm starting to see results on my belly and neck.
I really happy to find out about this website.
