After washing apply it to damp skin. my skin seemed to calm down within a day after aplying a thin layer for daytime..a little more before going to bed. I still have a few bumps along the jawline, but they are flesh tone and dont bother me much. I will pray it works for you Mark. Hi everyone. I believe what Nicky said is absolutely true eating cantalope actually does help. I eat a very well balanced diet. For I am a very competitive football,hokcey,basketball and volleyball player. So it's important. however i find if you stay away from salty foods , and eat plenty of fruits it helps KP very much so.
Ever since getting into competitive football I play runningback so i must keep fit. I'm not trying to go off topic but . keep reading, since play many sports. My doctor told me to concentrate on eating 6,7 much smaller meals a day rather then 3 big one's. I found by doing this my rubra faceii(cheek redness did not vanish but the bumps on my cheeks are 95% gone. It's just a suggestion . It may not work for you But it certainly worked for me. I find the biggest helper is avoiding to much salt. Eat a low salt diet. it helps tremendously. I just have 1 question for Nicky, whehn you used ponds dry skin cream were you around my age? and did the redness fade completely or just improve? please reply I'm going into high school now and I'm very nervous. Hi Mark. I was about 17 when I started the Ponds...the redness improved right awat, but would return if my face became real dry due to weather,indoor heat and wind. Hope this helps. Highschool was difficult for me because of the condition. I wish I could go back and start over with a new otlook. It sound like you are really active and involved in sports and such. DONT let this condition hold you back. Enjoy this time in your youth. You cant get it back! God Bless you and have fun in school!
