This is what I did. I mixed mine myself. I put 2.7 grams or Salicylic Acid POWDER and mixed it with 1/2 oz or water. Then I injected that mixture into the bottle of Carmol 20 and kept shaking it to make sure it mixed up well. If you are using wart remover use 1/10 of an ounce (let it sit out for just a little while, not long, maybe an hour) then mix that with a 1/2 oz or water and inject it into the carmol 20 tube and keep shaking it to get it mixed up. Hope that helps. Also from what I understand you should keep it refrigerated.

Just tell your pharmicist to prepare a mixture of Carmol 20 and salicylic acid so that 3% of the mixture will be salicylic acid, I am sure he/she will understand...
