I had mild KP before taking Accutane which did wonders for the skin on my face, but after completing a 4 month dose, my KP worsened significantly. Not only did it creep down my arms, but it also developed on my thighs too. Have other KP sufferers felt that their KP was caused or worsened b Accutane? Have you found any good treatments?

My KP got much much worse during and after accutane. I have had KP on the back of my arms all my life (I'm 29, male). I began taking low doses of accutane (10mg a day)for acne on my face. After about 5-6 months, my KP spread on my bicep area, shoulders, forearms, shoulder blades, back and chest. It has been 6 months since I stopped accutane and the KP has gotten better (not as many bumps, almost gone from my forearms), but it is still there. I have used Epilyt, U-lactin, salicylid acid, but nothing has worked. Hopefully, time will get that poison (accutane) out of my system. My hair has also continued to fall out. DO NOT TAKE ACCUTANE!!!! It has been the worse mistake of my life.
