You can buy from them, and this link goes to a page that describes which cysteine does what. And I never knew diabetics couldn't take it. learn something new every day. Hope these sites might help you find it!

Did you try vitaminshoppe.com or a gnc store? you can always try the search engine and type in Cysteine and it should give you links to stores. I had no trouble at www.sulfursoap.com, sorry about that.
