I received this cream on Friday and started using it friday night (7/26). It says to use 3 times a day and at night to use wrapping or something over the cream. Well, I haven't found anything yet to bandage my arms and legs with, but it's supposed to help the cream more. Without bandaging it, I have seen great improvement on my legs and thighs. I haven't seen great improvement on the backs of my arms yet, but the skin does seem smoother. I do not put anything else on my skin. The company tells you not to use any chemicals in case you have a reaction. I also use tea tree oil soap with a washcloth. The cream is in a small container, but it tells you to use it sparingly. I never really thought of that. At least that way I could feel like I could move. Thanks for the idea. The cream seems to be doing some good, but since I have to put it on 3 times a day, I don't always remember to put it on in the middle of the day, or I leave it at home. I am also going to try taking vitamin supplements, but I had to wait until pay day (today) to get them. So maybe beta carotene (turns into vit A) and cod liver oil will help also. Thanks again!!!
