CARMOL 20/SA -to Cris

Cris,

Apparently the gel doesn't work. I believe the carrier is just ispropyl (rubbing) alcohol. Add a small amount, the gel should dissolve.

Richard, you didn't read carefully...

Richard,

Cris stated in her post that she is using the LIQUID form of the wart remover, not the gel. So....now that you have it straight, can she use the isopropyl alcohol with the liquid wart remover to help keep the clumps out?

Me!

Thanks for posting to Richard about the wart remover and the fact that I used the liquid (not the gel). The liquid turned into a hard gel. I read your post to Kimberly. You stated not to use a plastic dish. That is what I did. Do you think that has something to do with why it turned into a hard gel? Should I try it again in a glass dish? By the way thanks for all the info you and Richard have been postings. I really appreciate it. Thanks, Cris

Cris,
I used the liquid wart remover and let it sit for 3 hours on a glass container and still got the same result like you did. I don't think it's because of plastic or glass. But definitely use glass container. It's acid. It does not do well with plastic. I think that's why Richard suggested a glass dish/ container.
My first experiment, since it turned to gel, it's pretty hard to mix it with Carmol. But I still tried to break the gel. It's not perfect but it's OK. I think next time I just want to let it sit for an hour, and then mix it with Carmol.
