Goat milk soap can be found at alot of soap specialty soaps or even health food stores. That soap seriously has made all the difference for me. So has Dr. Bronner's Magic soap in lemon. It has antiseptic properties that keep the area clean from infection if you happen to pick at your KP. Also, it is vegetable base and great ph... so it seems keep everything in balance. Finally after all these years... this really does work for me. I use a wash rag with dr. b's soap and rub gently, then with the sud still on the skin... I use a mr. pumice bar, (you can get this at your local beauty supply house) it is a very rough pumice bar that is meant for you feet and really rough places... but I just go really gently over my kp and gets rid of built up skin. After, I pat dry and apply the Neutrogena acne multivitamin... I really think the pumice and this product do the trick. The multivitamin can be found at cvs etc. It contains vitamins A,C, E and salyic acid. Keeps the skin soft and helps fade scarring and slough off skin so it won't build up and lead to more KP. Your right. I too have just started using the goats milk soap and already have seen a difference. But the only difference between your procedure and the one I am doing is that I amd not taking the Neutrogena acne multivitamin I couldn't find it, so in taking someone else's advice I am taking cod liver oil and evening primrose it place of it. I am getting great results. There is no redness and scars are less visible plus the fact that the bumps are dissapearing. So keep spreading the word that this works aswell. Sarah
