I have questions about how everyone is going about sloughing off or scrubbing the skin on their arms, legs etc. What are you using, are you using a back and forth motion (up and down) or one way only (the direction of how the hair grows?), are you scrubbing in the shower, as you get out of the shower?, how many times a day do you do this, and what creams has everyone tried with the scrubbing methods? Thanks!
p.s.-I'm currently using 10% Benzoyl Peroxide, and try to scrub (my arms) once a day or at night before bedtime, it's working "ok" but need to use it for a longer period of time.....will keep posted.

From what I have read, the scrubbing motion should be circular. To cover all the different directions of hair growth, I vary between clockwise and anticlockwise circular motion.

I use a dead sea salt scrub from GetFresh (ordered from ebubbles.com) they also have a body mask to help dry out the skin, and it even mentions back of arm bumps, but I never noticed the mask to actually work for me. I love the scrub, but I mainly used it last year and had improvement, but I think I used the wrong lotion and it counteracted the scrubbing. I am going to get better lotion and try that and also get other products to help get rid of the bumps. I am still getting ideas from this site on what I should/shouldn't buy. Later!
