Quick Fix for bumps

anyway i got this done at a spa once, but do it at home because it's eighty dollars cheaper. It's a great quick fix:

on my dry skin i mix sea salt with baby oil and rub it on until i get bored. then rinse it off with a little bit of soap. i try to do it for ten minutes on each arm because that's what they did at the spa. if i spend this much time my arms just about feel like normal skin and usually lasts for three or four days. the only problem is that they still look red.

I can cure the bumps. but how can i cure the red?

No, the salt doesn't dissolve, it is the exfoliant. Rub it on with your hands. Beware - Very messy. But works great.
