hi joe..i have used a home microbrasion system..you can buy it at dermadoctor.com..its 130 dollars .. thats what i payed for it..yes you can get good results with this system if you use it daily it can get expensive because once you buy the tool you have to keep buying the cream refills..but it is worth a try.you can buy the carmol 20% cream at dermadoctor.com also..you will have to use the cream for a few months to get results..use a loofah or bath brush in the shower this helps but dont scrub..use the brush or loofah in circular motions that way you wont iritate the kp. also if the 20% doesnt help..go to your dermatologist and get a prescription for the 40% cream this can help as well..good luck
