Does anybody have experience with trying different nutritional supplements or foods to "cure" KP? I noticed on previous posts that Vitamin A and Zinc are mentioned as well as drinking lots of water. My sister swears her KP decreased dramatically by consuming three tablespoons of flax oil per day for several months. I'm starting mine today. Also, what about using essential oils or tea tree oil? Anyone...anyone...Bueller? |

I once had a dermatologist tell me to take a A&D supplement(availible already put together at walmart). I started to take this, I am also making sure I get enough water and using the Jergens shave less lotion. I have to say the skin is starting to get a little smoother, its been almost 2 weeks now since I started. Plus keep looking on this board, somebody always has an idea. I think this last real bad time is caused by my birthcontrol with all the progesterone in it. But that is the pill I really need to have. |
