KP worse after shaving

Actually, I think shaving helps my legs a little. It seems to slough off the dead skin cells. My legs aren't as heavy with the KP, so I don't pay much attention to it. But I'd definitely moisturize after shaving. Good luck.

My KP doesn't get worse after shaving, but I hate shaving so I wax. The first few times you may want to have it done in a salon. After your legs have been waxed a couple of times it get's easier and you can do it at home. I think that it actually helps my KP.
