KP on forehead/KP faciei atrophicans

I've posted this once before, but thought I'd try again as so many people are now posting on this wonderful site.

Has anyone, anyone at all, suffered from KP on the forehead and suffered 'honeycomb' scarring from it? On and off I have used retin A/glycolic acid, which work well to smooth some of the surface, but don't really do much for the discolouration. After reading some of the tips on this board, I am going to try a 2% salicylic acid solution (for the redness) and maybe alternate with Carmol 10. I'm also going to look into microdermabrasion, possibly investing in the at-home device produced by dermanew.

I notice that most of the people who suffer from facial KP, seem to get in on their cheeks only. I was looking at my skin in a very harsh light the other day, and actually think I may have some there too, but so mild that it can't be seen in 'normal' light.

Any feedback on my particular variety of KP would be welcomed. I've also had the experience of 'some days it's bad, some days it's good', and wondered about trying to keep a record to see if the fluctuations are caused by something I can control.
