moisture is the key

hi everyone..the key to helping kp is keeping the skin soft with moisture...i use a glycolic acid wash while in the shower using a loofah sponge...use the loofah in circular motions..not scrubbing..then i follow after the shower with carmol 40% cream..only with a perscription can you get this strength urea cream...then at night i use a glycolic acid cream..by using two differnt active creams you can get better results..i only have the red dots on my legs...but i did have bumpy skin...i have used this combo for months...the red dots are almost invisable...you can also use a self tanner to cover these red dots..i hope this works for someone.. |
