Tanning and KP
I am 24 and have had an extreme case of KP all of my life. I have it on my face, arms, back, and stomach. Even though doctors do not reccommend it, I have had the most success with tanning. Tanning beds are good, but the sun is better. I tan 2-3 times a week .My back and stomach are completely clear. The KP is more stubborn on my face and arms, but tanning still brings some relief! |

has your tanning helped with the bumps or has it just concealed the redness? i haven't had a dark tan in quite a few years but i remember the last time i did, the redness was completely gone (or covered) but the bumps still remained. |
