Ok, so I walk into the local Clicks stores here in Durban, South Africa and there's so many products it's mind boggling. I saw a sugar scrub from Nuetrogena that's pretty expensive if it's just a sugar scrub.
What I'm eager to try though, is Derma Lac from Environ. I heard that it's pretty good, but I'm still trying to find a place that sells it.
Other than that, I use, a tumeric and sandal wood scrub and tumeric facial mask for my face and a tumeric creme and the skin is amazing. I've yet to find any tumeric products for the body.
I'm going to try oil pulling as well as a good body scrub and Derma Lac (if I can find it) and then let everyone know if it's working or not. I have about 9 months again until summer months arrive to work on this damn KP of mine.
