I am trying to get pics up as requested of my progress. Unfortunitly I dont have starting out pics as I wasnt expecting the Acneticin (acne pills)to work on my keratosis. They are 50% gone and most of the rest are much smaller. Keep in mind I had it really really bad but I hope the pills continue to work and as they do I will post more pics. If I figure out how lol!!! They are of my legs and their progress and of the back of my arm which is almost completely clear. My arm is a bit red due to a slight burn fyi. Hope this helps because its embarrassing.

I think i have the worst case of KP - it is every where from arms, back, buttocks, thighs and legs...cannot wear anything that will reveal any of my KP nor let people touch it - skin very rough especially my upper arms. Acneticin? Hmm.... well im 13 so I dont really know much about acne pills lol. Well at Giant my mom found these pills called ACNE RELIEF. It's a natural homeopathic medicine. My mom said my aunt swears by these and that they work so I guess i'll try that. So where do you get these pills? And how much do they cost? Also before u helped ur KP did ppl ask alot about it? Because I have camp coming up and i want to wear short sleeve shirts. It's just on the upper half of my arms. I guess it isnt the worst case but i hate it. So i tried tanning, it worked a little. Im going to try lots of lotions to decrease the bumpy feeling. Tazorac Cream is also something im using. Please post back with all of my questions answered!!! I waqs reading some websites and I heared 3 different ways to smooth the surface of your KP. One way was using coconut oil. Another way was rubbing with hazel over the KP areas. The last way was combining baking soda and water together and rubbing on affected areas. Im going to try all 3!Posted 06-25-2010 at 04:41 PM by Alex-is-me!

I jsut used Witch Hazel. Smooted the skin around the KP and half of the KP on my arm. Still bumpy feeling. Next i'll try baking soda/water or coconut oil. I'll give another update. Hey, maybe you should you all three ways?????Posted 06-25-2010 at 04:59 PM by Alex-is-me!
