FYI for anyone doing the anti-candida diet - certain probiotic formulas contain Saccharomyces boulardii. Read the labels to see if yours does. I think that garden of life ULTRA has it. there are even more references to Saccharomyces boulardii in pubmed if you're curious.

what helped me after many years

something very simple, i mix fish oil + olive oil and use after bath a little oily haha but has been the very best thing i have ever had.. give it a try . tig

5 days ago I done something which I maybe shouldn't have done to my arms; I exfoliated them with a pumice stone in the shower! My arms are really smooth now but darn that night they felt like the were burning, like they were literally on fire. I couldn't get to sleep ALL night. They're really dry now too, really really dry but i'm hoping that if I keep putting the coconut oil on them that they will eventually get the moisture back. Oh well, it was an experience anyway haha...

Silymarin is extracted from Milk Thistle.
Note the reference to "dust mite extract (DPE)-induced atopic dermatitis".
One can buy milk thistle and/or silymarin from health food/supplements stores. is that part of that pill that tmmdej (or whatever her name is) is hawking?
