Late nights and disease
By Tina Hesman Saey
October 11th, 2008; Vol.174 #8 (p. 14)
It took only one night of too little sleep to change blood levels of an inflammation-causing protein in women volunteers

It's been over a year... wowww..
So much has happened.
I've hardly had time to do any research on my KP.
I've basically left it to flourish. And it has.
I've dropped some weight over the summer, but my KP is now on my back and chest, too.
Along with all over my arms and legs.

I feel covered, and everytime I think about it I feel really sad. But I've been back on the computer, doing some research, and I think I know what my specific case is. I think I have...

Still haven't got a job either, but things are starting to look up haha. Ever since I rubbed my arms sore with a pumice stone they've been alot smoother than they once was but my arms are still so damn unsightly.

It sounds so corny but I know deep inside me that my diet and lifestyle is the root of my KP. My theory...

Finally

Posted 09-20-2008 at 03:47 AM by apithea
Finally, after years wondering what kind of skin disease that I have, I finally found the answer. Keratosis pilaris so what it calls.
I've gone to many doctor also dermatology, but none of them give me a satisfaction answer for my problem cause they always gave me a different answer for my disease. Some of them said that it was because I was wear a wrong kind of cloth/fabric, that it didn't soak the sweat well so it cause that kind of rash. They gave me some medicine, but it still not cure....
