Salicylic vs. Glycolic

I thought there was a topic regarding this but I'm too dense to find it today I guess...

The environmental working group's cosmetics database give salicylic acid a rating of 7 (0 being lowest/safest, 10 being most hazardous):

Products with Salicylic Acid in them seem to range from 3 to to 7. T/Sal for example rates a 3 but Neutrogena body clear...

Grocery shopping: Any must haves?

I was wondering if anyone viewing this blog may have any suggestions of products to pick up while I'm out. (Primrose oil, certain supplements, particularly helpful moisturizers, certain fruits and or vegetables.)

I was looking on the V8 websites about their vegetable blends and am thinking I may pick up a case to keep and bring one to school everyday for lunch to make sure i'm getting some much needed nutrients.

As for this weekend and coming week:

Happy Thanksgiving dear Canadians.

I hope everyone in the great white north had a fabulous thanksgiving weekend! We did here. Again, I told myself I would ration what I ate - but it's THANKSGIVING. Thanksgiving is really the only time that we ever have turkey, turnip, pumpkin pie and - get this - mashed potatoes.

But I was proud of myself for one thing: after I recovered and had about two hours to digest, I got my mum off the couch and we went for a long walk with our black lab Dakota. We did a pretty long walk tonight;
