to my journey with Seabuckthorn. I started my journey with Aubrey Organics SeaBuckthorn Serum.(found it at a local natural foods store but they also have it online) Its about $12 for maybe 2oz of serum. I used the whole thing in three days so I saw NO improvement. I went back and looked around to see what other SB things I could find. I found Aubrey Organics SeaBuckthorn Moisturizing Cream. Its was $15 for a 4oz bottle. (keep in mind these prices are at a store in kansas City, MO so your local store may be lower or higher.) Ive been using a wash rag i found at Wal-Mart that has an exfoliating side to it and applying the lotion to only the left side of my body where it's affected after I shower. ive been using it for about a week and I have noticed that there are CLEAR SPOTS!! Yay. I have KP on my upper and forearms, stomach(little), my butt, thighs and calves so I really notice any kind of change. I'm also really impatient so I went to Walgreens and I found some more SB things and decided to try them on the right side of my body. ("Welda" SeaBuckthorn Body Lotion($15) and Creamy Body Wash($19)) I obviously will be using the body wash on both sides but hopefully Ill be able to see if and which lotion works better. Ill try to do a new blog an about two weeks and post before and after pics. Wish me luck!!
