KP doesn't look the same for everyone. Have you seen a dermatologist?

    ems,

I'm sorry you are having worse itching since you started OP again. Perhaps you need to try a different oil.No, I would not do OP twice a day. It could make your reaction worse. Stay with it for once a day with a different oil and see if that helps.
Eat very healthy foods, drink lots of water and get moderate exercise every day. This will all help OP.

    Hey Kebod

I have read about your oil pulling method and I did try it about 6-9 months ago and I saw an improvement about 80%. I stopped and have been troubled on an off with KP on tops of arms. In the last 3 weeks its been worse so I started oil pulling again, within a few days it was much worse, ichty red and sensitive. Is this normal? Also when I did it before I got a 80% improvement and then it didn't seem to improve from there. Could you tell me whether I needed to increase to pulling twice a day or does it just take persistence to get to 95-100% clear?

I was using KP Duty by Derma Doctor but its very expensive. I have found the information here very helpful and hope that this summer will be one I look forward to rather than dread !

    :O) Thanks

Sorry for the late reply. I hope by now you have stopped using urea nutraplus. Have you tried oil pulling? One result of OP is softer, more lubricated skin.

    Kebod,
I am wondering, how severe is your KP? Have you tried the Sea Buckthorn method?

I finally found something that helped my kp! About 80% clear! It took about 3 weeks and still improving. It's called the montell williams health master! It's a blender that blends your veggies so you can eat more veggies and fruit. I drink a smoothie of veggies before every meal, mostly of carrots and spinich. You can add fruit too if it taste to gross. It has cleared my skin so much!!! I'm so exicted bout my new skin, now i can't stop drinking my veggie smoothies!!! Thanks to my lord JESUS and montell williams
Try it, it's worth the money!!! oh yeah, cut out sugar too! you have enough with the fruit smoothies!!!
    god bless all with KP
    LIZZY
*my special blend is 4 carrots,1 big hand full of spinich, 1 cup of frozen berries, and 1 peach! ice and alot of water is added too! NO FRUIT JUICE!

    Kebod,

Is there ANYTHING to do for KPRF? It seems as if there's nothing... I started Oil Pulling yesterday, nothing so far but that's expected. I'll give it about a month or two... But, befoer I continue...is it even worth it? Will Oil Pulling help KPRF? Sorry...I'm just tired of having pink spotty, blotchy cheeks... Thank you.

    Hi Kebod,
I have stopped oil pulling as I wanted the strange teeth feeling to go.
I still have the good effects from 3 weeks of pulling. Either that or the green smoothies are helping the bumps around eyebrows....Will let you know how it goes from OP abstinence and how long the good affects last.

My treatment: Oil pulling daily; candida diet (minimum of carbs, no sugars); omega-3 from canned salmon and sardines; sun exposure 10-15 minutes, 3 days a week, without sunblock; program to strengthen immune system; probiotic supplements; lots of water; moderate daily exercise; exfoliation with epsom salts and sugar several times a week. KP reduced 99%. If I go "off diet" -- grains, sugars, etc. -- or stop oil pulling, KP returns.
