Grocery shopping: Any must haves?
Posted 10-12-2007 at 09:48 PM by Endless_Winters
I was wondering if anyone viewing this blog may have any suggestions of products to pick up while I'm out. (Primrose oil, certain supplements, particularly helpful moisturizers, certain fruits and or vegetables.)
I was looking on the V8 websites about their vegetable blends and am thinking I may pick up a case to keep and bring one to school everyday for lunch to make sure i'm getting some much needed nutrients.
As for this weekend and coming week:
This is my plan.
Breakfast: Green tea, once again. Possibly fruit and yogurt or oatmeal.
SUPPLEMENTS
Morning classes: Bottle of water (flush me out!) I've noticed how little water i've been drinking lately and I've also been noticing the fact that I've been having heartburn every single day this week. Most i've ever had it.
Lunch: V8 vegetable blend, pumpkin and cinnamon mix (only 15 calories but very healthy) and a sandwich (possibly salmon, and of course not salmon sandwiches all week, that would just be digusting lol)
Afternoon: Again, water.
Dinner: Proportionlized meal, stay away from starches, saturated fats. No take out. Good mixture and variety of foods. Fewer meats.
SUPPLEMENTS
And finally:
Usual workout along with an hour long walk with my dog Dakota. (She can handle that; she's always go go go that one).
Then early to bed!! I've also noticed how little sleep I've been getting this week.
Monday and thursday nights I will have to change around a bit due to other commitments, but its no big deal.
Self reminders:
Check email for reply from local naturopath about Candida level testing and various services offered at her clinic.
STRETCH BEFORE EXCERCISE.
Clean room, leave on air purifier.
BE VIGILANT.
In bed by 9:30. Yes, 9:30
Thanksgiving is over, pie and sweets are gone, sit down.. have ANOTHER chat with mom about grocery buying habits.
Go grocery shopping with mom, pick up some spinach, cantaloupe, etc)
I should ask my biology teacher what he knows about anti fungals, candida and the like. He'd up my mark a bit and I'd get some valuable information out of him.
I'll be sure to share anything I find out
..If I even end up ASKING lol.
And as for this weekend, not much as far as plans go. Might take some shots outside if its nice out. Working on lab, catching up on English (MacBeth) and french project to work on. Mostly getting into the new swing of things.
And finally, last update:
BIRTHDAY IN EXACTLY A WEEK. YAY.
I'll elaborate on my plans sometime this week when im really bored and really excited. :]
Until then, take care everyone.

Seems nice!
Where are your omega-3's??? About antifungals: Please, do take antifungal medication with Candida albicans, it will damage you too. Anti-fungals when taken internally can damage your body in a great way. I suggest to lower your food carbs (sugar) levels like they say in the forum. ![]() |
