Some action

for now atleast.
I've decided since I do not have the money for the vega test as of yet i'm going to try and cut some things out of my diet to see if it effects my KP. Then as I eventually save up the money for the test, I can see what's really going on with my body but I think this test will be interesting for now. I'm pretty sure my kp is due to candida yeast overgrowth, and vitimin and mineral problems, but this can help for now right? So this will probably begin the day after tommorrow... |

30th October-
Still haven't called up an booked that bloody allergy test it's been months! I've been so busy at my new school but even that's not a good enough excuse. Still haven't got a job either, but things are starting to look up haha. Ever since I rubbed my arms sore with a pumice stone they've been alot smoother than they once was but my arms are still so damn unsightly. It sounds so corny but I know deep inside me that my diet and lifestyle is the root of my KP. My theory... |

Posted 09-14-2008 at 08:59 AM by comicbookcrush
14th September- I am going to call up the doctors tommorrow and FINALLY book a food and environmental allergy test. So sometime this week my first list will be complete and then I can produce a second list on my journey and work at completing that.

7th August
5 days ago I done something which I maybe shouldn't have done to my arms; I exfoliated them with a pumice stone in the shower! My arms are really smooth now but darn that night they felt like the were burning, like they were literally on fire. I couldn't get to sleep ALL night. They're really dry now too, really really dry but i'm hoping that if I keep putting the coconut oil on them that they will eventually get the moisture back. Oh well, it was an experience anyway haha... |

Too much coconut oil is not a good thing
Posted 07-24-2008 at 07:55 AM by comicbookcrush
I must be using too much coconut oil! I've only got half a pot left and it's £10 a pot! Oh dear, haha it must be all the moisturising, i'm going to cut down on how much i'm using, I want it to last at least 2 months or I won't be able to afford to keep buying it. Hopefully if I cut down I can make it last until the beggining of November. I'm REALLY trying to not waste my money.
edit: I'm also going to switch the oil I pull with at the beggining of September. |
