5 days ago I done something which I maybe shouldn't have done to my arms; I exfoliated them with a pumice stone in the shower! My arms are really smooth now but darn that night they felt like the were burning, like they were literally on fire. I couldn't get to sleep ALL night. They're really dry now too, really really dry but i'm hoping that if I keep putting the coconut oil on them that they will eventually get the moisture back. Oh well, it was an experience anyway haha and I must admit that my arms are quite smooth.
I just posted to say that I haven't forgotten about my KP journey, I've just hit a small milestone called lack of funds. If I get any money I usually spend it socially or on other cosemetics or bits or bobs that I need but I WILL get round to booking in for the vega test and the allergy test. Unfortunately as I've said before it will probably be in September or even possibly October now. I've stopped obsessing about my KP this week actually, I'm really pleased that I haven't been hung up on waiting for the vega test. I start a new sixth form in September so I guess I'm just completely focused on that right now. Which is a relief! I actually have £30 laying on my top which I could put towards the tests but i'm spending it on something else :/ It's not that I don't want the tests now it's just that I have other things that i've wanted/needed for a long time that's on my list of priorites but my journey will continue soon enough when my mind is settled.I must say coconut oil is FANTASTIC it makes my skin so soft, especially on my face! I really recommend it. Anyway I'm off now, but i'll be back soon enough to record the progress of my journey. My next step is to get a food and environmental allergy test. Darn, I really must call up and enquire about that.
