Salicylic vs. Glycolic

I thought there was a topic regarding this but I'm too dense to find it today I guess...

The environmental working group's cosmetics database give salicylic acid a rating of 7 (0 being lowest/safest, 10 being most hazardous):

Products with Salicylic Acid in them seem to range from 3 to to 7. T/Sal for example rates a 3 but Neutrogena body clear...
