Meds Can Cause Nutritional Depletions

Anti-inflammatories, antidepressants, birth-control pills - theres a bundle of meds that can cause some nutritional deficiencies.

For example Birth Control Pills can cause depletions of:
Magnesium
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine)
Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid)
Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin)
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)
Zinc
