7th August

5 days ago I done something which I maybe shouldn't have done to my arms; I exfoliated them with a pumice stone in the shower! My arms are really smooth now but darn that night they felt like the were burning, like they were literally on fire. I couldn't get to sleep ALL night. They're really dry now too, really really dry but i'm hoping that if I keep putting the coconut oil on them that they will eventually get the moisture back. Oh well, it was an experience anyway haha...

Posted 08-04-2008 at 02:20 PM by bunnyday
Silymarin is extracted from Milk Thistle.
Note the reference to "dust mite extract (DPE)-induced atopic dermatitis".
One can buy milk thistle and/or silymarin from health food/supplements stores. is that part of that pill that tmmdej (or whatever her name is) is hawking?

1: Int Immunopharmacol. 2008 Jun 28.
