New results supporting both low-carb and mediterranean diets as health beneficial, even more so than low-fat diets at controlling blood-glucose levels and improving LDL to HDL ratio.

This is about my fifth day of oil pulling. I'm not sure when I actually started doing it properly but I will continue it. I think my skin felt softer with the St. Ives moisturiser but I’m going to continue putting on the coconut oil because it's completely natural and may take a few weeks for my skin to feel moisturised anyway. I find oil pulling quite therapeutic. I actually really enjoy it haha. I still have to call the doctors to book in for an allergy test. I'm looking...
