Today I bought coconut oil from Holland and Barrett. This was the only coconut oil I could find, I hope it's good enough for oil pulling. My arms feel smoother today probably from moisturising. I am going to begin OP tomorrow and I am going to moisturise with the coconut oil after my shower today. The next thing to complete is an allergy test from the doctors which I will ring up and enquire about tomorrow. I also got an application form for a job! I'm very pleased about...
