I have just completed stage one of my list which was:
1. I am going to take the spit test

I completed the spit test about an hour ago, however I didn’t use bottled water I just used the water from my water filter. It looks like I have a Candida problem. I’m looking at the glass now and I can see the strings, cloudy specks suspended in the water and cloudy saliva at the bottom of the glass. Nice. This surely can not be healthy. I really...
