I must be using too much coconut oil! I've only got half a pot left and it's £10 a pot! Oh dear, haha it must be all the moisturising, i'm going to cut down on how much i'm using, I want it to last at least 2 months or I won't be able to afford to keep buying it. Hopefully if I cut down I can make it last until the beggining of November. I'm REALLY trying to not waste my money.

edit: I'm also going to switch the oil I pull with at the beggining of September.

This is about my fifth day of oil pulling. I'm not sure when I actually started doing it properly but I will continue it. I think my skin felt softer with the St. Ives moisturiser but I’m going to continue putting on the coconut oil because it's completely natural and may take a few weeks for my skin to feel moisturised anyway. Today I bought coconut oil from Holland and Barrett. This was the only coconut oil I could find, I hope it's good enough for oil pulling. My arms feel smoother today probably from moisturising. I am going to begin OP tomorrow and I am going to moisturise with the coconut oil after my shower today.
