So far, I am on my second day using Kerafoam and I must say that the bumps have gone away almost 90% and the redness about 60%! I really hope this is it!!!!

I am trying to get pics up as requested of my progress. Unfortunitly I dont have starting out pics as I wasnt expecting the Acneticin (acne pills)to work on my keratosis. They are 50% gone and most of the rest are much smaller. Keep in mind I had it really really bad but I hope the pills continue to work and as they do I will post more pics. If I figure out how lol!!!
