Serious this time!

It's been two years since I've registered to this site and I've still not found anything that even reduced my KP slightly.
Some of the things I've tried:
- Neostrata AHA 10 - It just dried up my skin a lot and had no effect on those bumps
- Sea Buckthorn Soap and capsules - I saw no effect here even after 3 months.
- Cod Liver fish Oil capsules
- Other AHAs - I don't think they were strong enough, since my skin is quite thick and not sensitive at all.

Things I want to try:
- Oil pulling
- Amlactin XL (since I'm from the UK it's hard to get my hands on this)
- Aspirin mask - Aspirin contains salicylic acid so if I did this at least once a few days I'm hoping I'd see some effect.
- Healthy Eating - Loads of fruits and water I hope :P

I may add or change this list in the next week or so whilst I look around again.

Please let me have better skin by the summer

Re: Serious this time!

Hehe.
I'm a newbie here and from the UK too, but have been looking for ways to improve my KP for a year or two now too. Yes, it's the summer again, and yet again I am restricted to what I can wear. Anyway some of the things I am trying at the moment now are:
Oil Pulling - No affect on KP yet, but I have only started 5 days ago. But I have definitely seen an improvement in my gums, so worth a try.
2% Salicylic Acid scrub = No affect again, just smoother skin.

I have been struggling to find higher concentrated products in the UK. But I have a feeling salicylic acid could save my dreaded skin! So this is what I will be trying:
5% Salicylic acid chemical peel for the face (but I'm gonna use it for my body) and see how that goes. This product isn't flashy nor pricey (off ebay have a look) but because of the high % you can only use it a few times. I'll tell you how I get on.
Good luck!
